📋 Short version: Use Alert91 fairly, pay on time, don't abuse the service. We'll keep your data safe and the service running. Cancel anytime.
By creating an Alert91 account or using any Alert91 service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and 91Technologies ("Alert91", "we", "us").
If you are using Alert91 on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions by team members you add.

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to Agency plan features. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
If a payment fails, we will retry 3 times over 7 days. If payment remains unsuccessful after 7 days, your account will be downgraded to a limited free tier. Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow you to resubscribe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.
ℹ️ If you experience a service outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit. Contact us at 91technologiess@gmail.com.
You agree to use Alert91 only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Alert91 targets 99.5% uptime for the monitoring dashboard and API. This excludes:
Alert91 is a monitoring tool and does not guarantee that all downtime on your client websites will be detected. Factors such as network conditions, DNS issues, and monitoring frequency may affect detection.
⚠️ Alert91 is not liable for any losses incurred by your clients due to website downtime, even if Alert91 failed to deliver an alert. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the current billing month.
Alert91, its logo, dashboard design, and monitoring algorithms are the intellectual property of 91Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell the Alert91 platform or its components without written permission.
The monitor.js script is licensed to you for use on websites you manage. You may not redistribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the script.
You may add team members to your account as permitted by your plan. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting 91technologiess@gmail.com or using the account deletion option in settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Alert91 and 91Technologies shall not be liable for:
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Alert91 after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
