Alert91 processes Monitoring Data on your behalf solely for the purpose of providing website monitoring services as described in the Terms of Service.

Website Performance Monitoring

This website uses Alert91, a website monitoring service provided by 91Technologies (alert91.com). Alert91 collects anonymous technical data including page load times, JavaScript errors, and anonymous session identifiers to help us monitor website performance and uptime. This data does not identify individual visitors and is not used for advertising purposes. For more information, see Alert91's Privacy Policy at alert91.com/privacy.

You have the right to request a written summary of Alert91's data processing activities and security measures once per calendar year at no charge. Additional audit requests may be subject to a reasonable fee. Submit audit requests to 91technologiess@gmail.com with subject "DPA Audit Request".

12. Term and Termination

This DPA is effective for the duration of your Alert91 subscription. It automatically terminates when your account is closed. Obligations regarding data deletion, confidentiality, and breach notification survive termination.

13. Governing Law

This DPA is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
